Integrations and automation
Do you copy the same data from one system to another? We investigate whether an integration can handle that work as part of a custom application.
Discuss your projectUnderstand the workflow first
We map where data comes from, who uses it and where it needs to go. Then we establish which system is the source of truth and which steps can be automated. That includes exceptions: what should happen if data is missing or a system stops responding?
What can be connected?
That depends on the systems you use. We review the documentation, available APIs, access permissions and any usage limits. Only then can we say what is possible and how much work it will take.
From manual work to a defined process
Possible uses include passing a portal request to another system or collecting data for a dashboard. These are examples we can investigate; implementation depends on your software and data.
Maintenance after development
An integration may need maintenance when a supplier changes its API. We discuss how errors will be noticed, who will respond and what support you need.
What do we discuss first?
Which systems do you use? Which tasks take up time? How often does the data change? With that information and the technical documentation, we can assess the options.
